I'm a Dublin based singer/songwriter. My style is relaxed, intimate, passionate and romantic. My influences are wide ranging and I'm drawn to storytellers including Harry Chapin, David Gates, early Bee Gees, Joni Mitchell, Ben Vereen, Micheal Feinstien, Elvis Costello and the Band. I'm of the belief that it's good to have a bit of upbeat drama with soul.
My own songs reflect back to a more sincere time and are uplifting, encouraging and a little push forward. It's about being who you are and celebrating it. If I had to compare my style to anyone I would think it's a mix of a male Adele with a Michael Buble finger click.
I've sung in most of the main venues in Dublin including the National Concert Hall and The Gaiety. In addition to many sold out solo shows in the Abbey Theatre, No 10 Ormond Quay, The Sugar Club, Bewley's Cafe theatre and Union Square.
I launched my EP Circle Back on the Peacock Stage at the Abbey Theatre and was delighted to be invited back to perform there earlier this year.
If you've time have a look at a quick video that introduces myself and my inspirations. You can also listen to a clip of 'Old Friends ' and 'I Carry You' from the EP below.
